We have received quite a lot of feedback pertaining to the November 1st Start Date. This date required that Course Providers only issue SST cards via Training Connect, making cards printed outside of the platform invalid. We will be moving this start date to January 1st 2022. You may continue to print SST Cards outside of Training Connect, if you have not been onboarded, received card stock or unable to print via the platform. This will allow more time for Course Providers to receive their inventory and become familiar with Training Connect. We ask that you use the next two (2) months to print all of your current and future students SST Cards via Training Connect. We do not advise waiting until December to begin to print using Training Connect. If you have any questions or need support please send us an email to Note: Any new card SST card issued after January 1 must be printed via the Training Connect platform. This includes reprinting and/or replacing old SST ID cards previously issued by course providers. However, we have not announced a deadline by when individuals will need to replace their previously issued SST IDs. That announcement will be forthcoming in the near future.

We are in the process of finalizing the Inventory Management and will be available to begin distributing Card Stock and NFC Programmers beginning 10/5/2021. You can find the Request Form via our Dropbox. Submit the completed typewritten form to You will receive a returned email once approved and an opportunity to schedule a day to pick up the requested items.
